Hi, I'm Kaitlin Payne.

Since I was a child, I’ve found joy and purpose in truly seeing people—beyond titles, roles, and surface-level small talk. My heart lights up when I can create a space where people feel seen, understood, and connected to themselves and others.
​
After years as a corporate executive, leading culture strategy and employee experience, I reached what many might call the “peak” of success. But deep down, something felt off. I didn’t want to manage programs or meetings—I wanted real conversations, real connection, and real transformation. That longing sparked a personal awakening, and eventually, the creation of KoncentriX.​
Today, in a world where AI can mimic human voices and create lifelike videos, and where online we often don’t know who (or what) we’re interacting with, human connection matters more than ever. I’ve experienced it firsthand—like the time I spent 10 frustrating minutes talking to bots about a benefits issue before finally reaching a real person who understood my emotions and found a solution that showed care. That’s the kind of connection no algorithm can replace!
